1) collection of information on goods, consumers of goods, exploitation of goods by consumers, identified defects (defects, breakdowns, etc.) of goods and their causes;
2) fulfillment of warranty and other obligations to consumers determined by the current legislation of Ukraine;
3) keeping statistics of consumer appeals and product defects, breakdowns and shortages, their causes;
4) provision of information to consumers about goods, their manufacturer and sellers;
5) fulfillment of the requirements of legislation on the protection of consumer rights
6) fulfillment of other requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

4) address;
5) other information about facts and circumstances that characterize a person as a consumer of goods (information about purchases, consumer habits);
6) information about the means of communication with the consumer (postal address, contact number of the means of communication, e-mail address, etc.).

personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose and purposes of processing such data. Personal data may be destroyed after the expiration of the storage period or in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine. Personal data will be stored by the Company at its location, as well as possibly by the administrators specified in clause 6.

▪️ personal data will be used by the Company and managers exclusively for the purpose and goals specified in clauses 1 and 2 of this agreement in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
▪️ the use of personal data by employees of the Company is carried out only in accordance with their work duties. The company and personal data administrators will take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access by third parties. The Company and personal data controllers will carry out with personal data the actions necessary for the purpose and goals indicated above, including (but not limited to): carry out processing in whole or in part in the information (automated) system and/or in personal data files;
▪️ to carry out collection in the amount necessary for the above-mentioned purpose and goals;
▪️ registration, accumulation, adaptation, change, renewal, use, depersonalization of information; distribute (distribute, implement, transfer) personal data to personal data managers and third parties specified in this Agreement;
▪️ store personal data for the period necessary for the above purpose and goals; destroy personal data after the expiration of their storage period.

Personal data collected by the Company may be distributed (transmitted) by the Company for the purposes and purposes specified above in this agreement to personal data managers who will process personal data on behalf of the Company to which they belong, to third parties with whom the Company or managers, at its own discretion, will enter into relevant contracts, provided that all possible and dependent on managers and third parties measures are taken to preserve the confidentiality of personal data. Also, personal data may be transferred to third parties to whom the Company is obliged to provide personal data of consumers in accordance with current legislation (state and local self-government bodies authorized to monitor the observance of consumer rights, etc.); to the successors of the Company in case of reorganization of the Company.

Access to personal data collected by the Company is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". Thus, with this consent to the processing of my personal data, I authorize the Company to perform any action or set of actions with my personal data for the purpose and purposes indicated above; carry out collection in the amount necessary for the above-mentioned purpose and goals; registration, accumulation, adaptation, change, renewal, use, depersonalization of information about me; distribute (distribute, sell, transfer) my personal data to personal data administrators and third parties without notifying me of such distribution; keep my personal data for the period necessary for the above-mentioned purpose and goals; destroy my personal data after the expiration of their storage period.

In particular, I give the Company consent (permission) to distribute (distribute, implement, transfer) my personal data collected by the Company, without notifying me about such distribution of my data, in the event that my personal data within the above-mentioned composition and scope will be transferred by the Company for the purpose and for the purposes specified above in this agreement, to the managers of personal data and/or third parties to whom the Company is obliged to provide personal data of consumers in accordance with current legislation (state and local self-government bodies authorized to monitor the observance of consumer rights, etc.), to the successors of the Company in case of reorganization of the Company.

1) to know about the sources of collection, the location of his personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location of the owner or manager of personal data or to give an appropriate mandate to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by law;
2) receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
3) to access your personal data;
4) receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except for cases provided by law, an answer on whether personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
5) present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of his personal data;
6) make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
7) to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or dishonors honor, dignity and business reputation natural person;
8) file complaints about the processing of your personal data with the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or the court;
9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
10) enter reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process one's personal data when giving consent;
11) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
13) to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences.
